It might not be up to Lady Crawley’s standards, but at least now I know which one is the fish fork (not that I’ll be using one, since I don’t care for seafood).

As an etiquette professional may I offer a tidbit? I’m not sure where this diagram is from and it’s lovely, except I do see one very minor faux pas. The fish/seafood fork on the right is laying on the table and a fork should never be completely ‘down’ on the right side. The fish/seafood fork should be turned upside down and the tongs resting on the soup spoon. With all these courses I’d love to be a guest at this party.
